Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Create, endorse, communicate, and enforce company personnel policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters
  • Administer Workers Compensation and all other associated reporting and case management
  • Work directly with departmental management to assist them in carrying out responsibilities on personnel matters
  • Recommend, evaluate, and participate in training and development for all employees
  • Will play a strategic role in the retention, recruitment, processing, and hiring of personnel
  • Will play an integral role in the administration of the salaried, hourly, and apprentice employees including but not limited to compensation and performance reviews

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s in Business or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5-10 year of experience in an HR capacity including managerial experience
  • Strong Technical knowledge of the entire HR function
  • Possess the ability to think strategically, be employee-focused, relational, and be a leader

·         PHR/SPHR certification preferred
