Job Description

Project Management

• Execute all responsibilities of project manager on projects assigned from bid to close of project
Team Management

• Provide leadership and project support to organization, client and team

• Advise and support organization in making every project successful (quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction)

• Assist in resolving technical and software issues related to project

• Coordinate and schedule through the office coordinator all required project meetings


• Coordinate, create, and manage proposals to ensure accurate and timely responses
• Lead the development/creation of accurate and well-presented proposals to be presented to the VP of Operations

• Create, develop, and maintain accurate historical data for estimating purposes


Market Development/Business Development

• Work with VP of Operations and Business Development/Marketing to develop business development strategy, plan, and goals for organization
• Leads and develops both new/existing relationships with owners, contractors, subcontractors, officials, and consultants for assigned projects

• Identify potential areas of project development





Job Requirements


Minimum Qualifications 

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Five years' experience or ten years without related degree

• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Construction Management
