Job Description:

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant quality policies, processes, practices, programs and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and conformance to customer standards and regulation involved in trailer manufacturing.

Essential Functions:

  • Investigates customer complaints
  • Designs and implements training programs
  • Member of Quality Management team
  • Direct team members engaged in inspection and testing activities
  • Presents technical information to the management team.
  • Formulates and maintains quality objectives
  • Sets standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation
  • Applies statistical process control
  • Communication with management team of all significant identified during the equality process



  • B.S. or B.A in Quality or a related field
  • Deep understanding of the Lean process
  • Root cause analyst
  • 6 Sigma and ISO environment
  • Critical thinking background
  • Manufacturing background
  • History of direct report (management)
