Experience in the following areas must be demonstrated:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Attend conventions, conferences and seminars related to the roofing industry
  • Entertain customers as needed
  • Complete bids as required
  • Prepare roof report
  • Review and update the production schedule
  • Ensure safety processes are held to Company Standards
  • Conduct team member performance reviews
  • Review department financials
  • Responsible for department budgeting
  • Manage purchasing for department
  • Responsible for all department staff

 

Skills/Qualifications

  • Customer Service oriented
  • Experience in a Supervisory/management role within the commercial roofing and building envelope industry
  • Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and possess strong problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.  Ability to quickly adapt construction software training to efficient implementation of those processes
  • Background in sales and business development

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Previous management role in a similar environment
  • Must be flexible and skillful.
  • Enthusiastic and personable
  • Expert knowledge of Service/Maintenance within Commercial Roofing Industry
