Sales Representative

Sheboygan-area company looking for a Field Sales Rep to help open new markets for an existing product line.  This customer-facing position will also identify market needs and suggest new products and product lines.  Candidate must operate out of the Sheboygan, WI area.

This is a newly created positon with significant opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive sales by opening markets as well as increasing sales in existing markets
  • Develop account relationships
  • Collect market data to identify unmet user needs
  • Analyze and understand competition
  • Analyze trend information and identify opportunities based on that information
  • Providing demand forecasts based on solid market information


Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to travel – up to 80% after first year
  • Strong investigative skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience in strategy creation and execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize work
