List of job requirements.
- Post all new jobs and position on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
- Create Zoom info lists for Account Executives
- Manage Social Media postings.
- Create and update spreadsheets
- Organize system data
- Create filing system for all new contracts and information
- Help with basic invoicing and Quickbooks activities.
- Perform related administrative/clerical duties
- Provide administrative and office project support
- Answer office phone and direct calls when necessary
- Order office supplies
- Assist the operations department with projects as needed
- Establish office procedures for managing administrative details
