Our client, a $6B manufacturing market leader has an immediate and urgent direct hire HR Manager opening for a start up facility outside Albuquerque. This manufacturing plant will begin hiring in Q1 of 2024 and eventually get to about 250 employees. It is a ground floor opportunity to truly make a difference and set the function up correctly from the start. Tremendous support will come from corporate and other plants, but this role really blends a hands on tactical doer approach with strategically aligning the workforce to meet the goals of this new important facility.

Due to the high percentage of Spanish speaking employees, this role requires Spanish speaking abilities and hispanic cultural awareness and understanding. Candidates must have 5+ years experience within an HR function within an industrial manufacturing environments.
