Business Development Officer
We are partnering with an independent RIA in the Minneapolis market. Our client has over 30 years in the industry managing over 1 billion in assets for high net worth clients.
We are looking for a strong Business Development Officer, with a proven track record. This role will work alongside the Marketing Specialist, working with COIs in the local market: Custodians, Accountants, Estate Attorneys.
Our client has an established a successful referral network with major brokerage players that needs to be cultivated.
We need someone that loves business development, someone that will spend his time visiting with and developing new clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in the Financial Services area
- 3+ years in business development with a proven track record
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or financial planning
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: 150-170k base + Incentives
