Critical Factors: (Key skills, attributes, experience, education and certifications) · High School Diploma or GED plus five years in a commercial roofing/construction supervisory capacity. · Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, in English, and comprehend drawings and specifications, documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence · Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to understand enforce and create a safety-driven culture to promote the company’s strong commitment to safety. Ability to execute various computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel · Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
