Seeking Distribution Center Manager!

Join our team as a skilled Distribution Center Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning of our new facility. As a distribution generalist, you will oversee all aspects of this new facility including safety, performance, budget, and more. Initially, you’ll lead the project management for the center’s opening, including hiring, training, and DC flow design.

Once operational, you’ll manage a team of approximately 15-20 people and drive continuous improvement. As the site lead, you’ll develop tactical and strategic plans, working cross-functionally to meet customer expectations. P&L responsibility and budget management will be part of your role. Must be able to work autonomously and independently.

We require 3+ years of smaller to midsized distribution center management, a bachelor’s degree, strong independence, and proactive problem-solving skills. People management experience, ERP/WMS experience (Epicor is ideal), and familiarity with opening new centers are preferred.

Located in west Phoenix, Arizona, with onboarding in the midwest for up to 4 weeks this summer.
