PointOne Recruiting has partnered with a commercial architectural millwork client with multiple offices to recruit for a Estimator to add to their Philadelphia, PA office. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY. Qualified candidates for this position must have demonstrated experience in the commercial architectural millwork industry.

The Estimator is responsible for the full take off, preparing bid, reviewing bid proposal with department manager prior to submission. Bids range in size from $100K to $500M including commercial millwork, counter tops, and ornamental metalwork.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated work experience as an estimator in commercial architectural millwork or commercial casework.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Experience with On Screen Take Off, Blue Beam and Project Pack is a plus

Compensation:

• Base salary range (DOE) $65,000 to $85,000. Health/dental/vision insurance (60 day waiting period), 401K and PTO. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR OUT OF TOWN CANDIDATES
