What is expected of you:
Lead, Manage, mentor, and coordinate service activities for a team of up to 15 Field Service Professionals throughout the Southern United States. Direct and coordinate the service activities of your team to install, service and repair high speed automation equipment and packaging machinery in the Food, Bakery, Pharmaceutical, CPG and Medical Device arenas. - Leading and managing a Service Organization in a 24/7 Break/Fix Environment
- Working in challenging environments and being the calm in the storm
- Solving Technical problems

- Field Service Management

- Consulting and Providing Solutions to your Customers
- Traveling to customer sites and tradeshows as needed
