What will you do as Firmware Engineer?

• Develop solutions for embedded systems and IoT/Connected devices to help identify and evaluate emerging markets.
• Lead project teams in firmware and software developments for embedded systems/micro-controllers.
• Support multiple platforms for software development including Windows, OS X, Linux, IoT, embedded and web applications.
• Firmware development for electronic circuit design both analog and digital.
• Serve as a technical liaison between electronics design and internal/external suppliers.
• Provide technical support of design decisions and product changes to facilitate manufacturing, reduce cost, substitute materials, improve quality and accommodate customers’ needs.

What you need to move forward as a candidate in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering degree
• 3+ years of experience in firmware development with electrical/electronic product development.
• Experience with firmware & software programming: C, C++, C#, Assembly, Python, Java, Bash, MATLAB.
• Software experience with LINUX, UNIX, Windows, and GIT.
