Established L.A. Plumbing Contractor with aggressive growth plans is seeking a General Manager oversee their commercial service division.. This is contractor has calculated plans for growth making this a highly attractive position for long term advancement opportunities! This person will oversee a minimum of 40 service technicians and manage a branch with revenue exceeding $15MM a year.
Requirements:
- Plumber by trade highly preferred
- Experience managing a branch with revenue exceeding $15MM/year
- Commercial projects : high rises, hospitals, universities, hospitality
- Ability to oversee, at minimum, 50 employees
- Proven leadership skills & accountability
- Strong business acumen (P&L analysis)
