HR Generalist

This position has the opportunity to help search for and select those team members. The HR Generalist will do a significant level of recruiting as our business has exciting growth and opportunity. You will also be responsible for Shop Safety and Training.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Provide support to employees in all human resource activities, including but not limited to recruiting, leave of absence management and benefits administration.
  • Develop good working relationships with management and employees in order to influence and coach them on effective employment practices.
  • Maintain OSHA logs.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and benefit questions.
  • Provide HR administrative support by responding to unemployment claims and managing leave requests.
  • Support all recruiting efforts by crafting job descriptions, posting open positions to job boards, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. May work with outside recruiting resources.


  • High school diploma or (GED) required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 4-5 Years experience in HR preferred with at least 1-2 years in an HR Generalist capacity
