We are partnering with a company to identify a strong Industrial Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify areas of improvement in manufacturing processes and implement technical solutions. Additionally, experience with cost reduction and equipment reliability will be important for this role.

Daily Tasks:

• Troubleshoot production problems (new or existing)
• Identify improvements to meet/exceed OEE targets
• Apply CI methodologies to improve reliability, processes, and cost effectiveness
• Be a technical expert to operations regarding manufacturing
• Identify and align maintenance schedules both preventative and predictive to meet OEE goals
• RCA Analysis for up time improvements on production equipment

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology
• 2+ years experience in a related industry
