**As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will**
Follow and assist with all facility safety and PPE regulations.
Promotion of quality and safety to other staff
License for a fork truck to allow material transportation
Maintain an organized and spotless workspace.
keep your crane operating license
The ability to read, comprehend, and issue Maintenance Work Orders is required.
Use tools specific to product lines, equipment, and measurement standards while understanding standards.
Complete end-of-shift paperwork
**Primary Responsibilities:**
A working knowledge of Blue Book and the ability to use it.
Using a computer to review prints
Letting the staff of the next shift know about important events
As necessary, communicate with the shipping/receiving, process, quality, and other support staff.
Keep your license for a scissor lift
Machine lubrication keeping machine oil levels appropriate. repairing leaks and spills of water and oil. removing water and grease from buckets and catches.
Reporting any machinery issues or water or oil spills.
The building and its furnishings should be cleaned and painted. Check and perform routine maintenance on the equipment in the facility.
Maintain your forklift on a regular basis.
Installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Simple table, jig, and fixture construction for projects and improvements.
Assist production in resolving issues with injection molding procedures that are related to the machines.
The starting, running, and stopping of facility support equipment (i.e. compressors, cooling water).
As required, implement project-based work.
Organize your workday based on your priorities.
Request the parts you need for the job and keep a spare part inventory system up to date.
Examine and fix all of the facility’s PLC and electrical control systems. the capacity to add, modify, or adapt programming for machine progress.
Oversee the facility’s ARC Flash Assessment program.
PLC / Electrical Controls Project work should be planned and executed.
Plan, develop, and carry out infrastructure projects, upgrades, and retrofits for facilities.
Plan and carry out project-based activities in accordance with schedules and priorities.
Create, maintain, and manage a system for facility and equipment preventative and predictive maintenance.
**Requirement Knowledges:**
Math, hydraulics, fundamental electrical and electronics, AC/DC systems, circuits, PLCs, motors, CNC, and welding are all covered in the Industrial Maintenance Technology program’s education and experience requirements.
Education and experience in the Industrial Electricity – Electronics curriculum, which covers PLC technology, electronic circuits, and industrial electrical systems
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and fixing infrastructure, equipment, and systems that use hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics. Plan, develop, and carry out infrastructure projects, upgrades, and retrofits for facilities.
