PointOne Recruiting is actively recruiting for an for experienced mechanical insulation project manager/estimator. Self-motivated outgoing friendly personality is a must. Must be able to pass background checks, applicants must have a valid driver’s license. You will not be considered without a valid driver’s license and a clean record. Applicants will need to provide good employment references. Work is generally Monday thru Friday but must have a very flexible schedule to meet our clients’ needs and demands. Weekend projects are common. Must be able to secure, maintain and motivate crew members. Applicants must be able to travel when required. Day in the life:

* Is the driving force of the Little Rock, AR office
* Print plans & specs, take off for commercial mechanical insulation systems
* Review bid with president, email client to HVAC contractors
* Receive award/contract and hand off to field supervisor
* Maintain relationships with existing clients
* Opportunity to generate new business with new clients
* Visit job sites to attend necessary meetings

Benefits:

* Base annual salary $61,000
* Annual bonus if profitability parameters are met. This bonus has no cap and is directly tied to performance.
