Mortgage Loan Officer – Market Expansion to Austin, TX

Our client is a Regional bank with strong connections locally. We are currently looking for an experience Mortgage Loan Officer with 4 years of experience, local to this market. Compensation can be structure with a base salary + commission. The MLO will be responsible for generating new mortgage loans, as well as taking care of refinances.

Great product mixed including secondary market, HELOC, construction, lot loans, etc. The Mortgage Loan Officer would be fed referrals from our staff and will be expected to generate their own leads. Our client provides excellent back office support.

We are open to bring a team as well: MLO +Underwriter +Processor/Closer.

Location: Austin, Texas.

Compensation: base plus commission based, potentially 100k+ a year.
