This role is ideal for a senior estimator current preconstruction manger seeking advancement and diversity in their role. Preconstruction Managers are a key role in the organization as they are the point person for our clients leading up to construction.
The Preconstruction Manager will identify clients’ needs, assist in initial design of mechanical systems, manage budget, work with engineering, estimating, and outside partners. This role requires strong relationship skills and the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings.
