PointOne Recruiting is actively recruiting for this position for our client, a commercial architectural millwork firm with a 40-year history and reputation of excellence located in Phoenix, Arizona

What will you do:

• Planning & establishing work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet project deadlines
• Review all work orders prior to releasing for production
• Direct & coordinate the activities of team members engaged in the production of goods
• Develop and track daily/weekly/monthly key performance indications (KPI’s) to monitor capacity throughput vs man hours worked
• Monitor & ensure proper levels of materials & hardware are maintained and accounted for to supply manufacturing functions
• Hiring, mentoring, employee reviews

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in commercial architectural millwork and casework production experience, preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience, servant leadership style, and motivated
• Knowledge of relevant machinery including CNC machines, edge banders, routers, etc
• Strong communicator who is comfortable with all levels of an organization
• Ability to respectfully train, motivate and lead others
• Acute attention to detail
• Problem solver, energetic, organized,
