Job Duties | |||
Provides leadership and direction for the Regional Service Team for Maintenance, Inspections, Leak Repair, and Service Contract Scope | |||
Responsible for staffing, onboarding, evaluation, and training initiatives for Regional Service Team. | |||
Manages and coaches Regional Service Team. | |||
Establishes and oversees Regional Service Team’s budget P&L. | |||
Provides revenue forecasting and revenue achievement plans to meet regional goals. | |||
Provides leadership to Regional Service Team in maintaining budget control, schedule, work order management, client satisfaction, as well as company culture. | |||
Provides support to Sales & Estimating to ensure Service offerings are achievable, profitable, and scoped properly to all regional customers. | |||
Partners with Sales & Estimating attain or surpass regional revenue growth initiatives. | |||
Traveling as required with all teams for client interaction, sales delivery, project oversite, or dispute resolution as required. | |||
Guaranteeing regional customer growth and retention. | |||
Responsible for employees’ KPIs for Regional Service Team’s alignment with company goals and to ensure operating procedures are met. | |||
Strategically plans regional fleet, tools, equipment, and material needs. | |||
Ensures safety, compliance, and risk management guidelines are met or exceeded. | |||
Partners with Accounting, Business Services Leader, & Director of Service to oversee all regional costing, invoicing, collections, revenue forecasting and budget control. | |||
Providing weekly reporting to Director of Service on status of region. | |||
Partners with IT for implementation or upgrading software and its outputs. | |||
Timely client dispute resolution that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations while maintaining department fiscal goals. | |||
Provides leadership, planning, and execution of major weather event response. | |||
Builds effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners that reflect and support company core values. | |||
Actively participates in industry, client, and community relations to enhance company image. | |||
Solidifying a culture focused on honesty, transparency, quality, safety, and customer service. | |||
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed. | |||
Skills and Qualifications | |||
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field | |||
5+ years’ experience of successfully leading a large field service organization | |||
P&L responsibilities and strong understanding of service pricing to meet revenue goals | |||
Expertise in contract negotiation | |||
Exceptional problem-solving skills | |||
Ability to effectively communicate to all level of staff and peers | |||
Ability to download data and create Excel Reporting. | |||
Ability to analyze financial reporting and act to improve department efforts | |||
Expertise in roofing codes and manufacturer warranty requirements. |
