Growing manufacturer located in the greater Homewood, Illinois area is looking for a Reliability Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting factory to enable and deliver asset Maintenance according to the Company’s Strategy (using TPM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and ARM to manage their life cycle)
• Define, propose, and monitor Maintenance and Reliability plans and objectives in accordance with Engineering Policy, Key Principles, and the M&I Activity as outlines in Company’s Engineering Excellence master document
• Guide factory to reduce technical stoppages in equipment or areas of common occurrence (priority given to areas of highest incidence or impact

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
• Lean manufacturing experience
• CMMS experience
• Cost/benefit in a capitol project environment
• 4 year degree a plus
