Our client, a well-established corrugated packaging manufacturer is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. This organization is one of the largest converters of corrugated products in the Northeast and are continuing to grow and build their team.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with at least 10 years of B2B experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. 5 years sales experience in packaging , graphics, or corrugated experience preferred. An ideal candidate has the willingness to do some prospecting and travel with Sales team members to close deals.
- Manage, develop goals, and provide coaching and leadership for sales team members to achieve goals
- Establish budget by forecasting for both existing and new accounts
- Establish sales strategies and develop relationships to increase profitability
- Accurately adjust selling prices by keeping up with industry trends
- Train/recruit new sales team members
- Innovation to improve products and services
- Member of the Leadership Team
