Senior Complaint Manager

The Senior Complaint Manager is an integral part of the Quality team. They will focus heavily on logistics, technical complaints, investigations, root cause, and corrective actions working closely with the Quality Engineers as well as the Supplier Quality team. This role will be onsite to review installations, will vet liability and attend dispositions for legal support. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical aptitude and a strong background in metals. Significant experience with programs and presenting material using systems such as PowerPoint will be necessary. This position has a strong growth opportunity.
