We are seeking a specials project manager for our rapidly growing Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA.

Responsibilities:
• Translate scope- confirm with estimator
• Acquire samples
• Prepare and submit shop drawings
• Source hardware and specialty items
• Prepare budget and monitor financial progress of projects
• Award subs- write PO’s/Contracts
• Prepare/obtain field checks, attend required site visits
• Revise shop drawings as necessary to incorporate changes or FC’s.
• Program parts
• Write and execute Work Orders
• Prepare and execute CO’s
• Coordinate deliveries with shipping and site.
• Track work on Job Status Sheet

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Comprehend and apply construction means and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings and field checks.
• Understanding of build methods within casework & millwork industry.
• Experience in managing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Compiling and interpreting project schedules.
• Microsoft OS Proficiency (XP, Vista, 7, 10), Visual Basic.
• General construction knowledge is a plus.
