Our Client is a family owned full service tool and die design and manufacturing company in the Racine, WI area that has been providing quality products at competitive prices for over 25 years. They provide custom roll formed products to multiple industries including appliances, BBQ, office furniture, tanker and more. This is a family-like and very family oriented atmosphere. They care about their employees and value work life balance. The facility is very clean with state-of-the-art equipment and an air conditioned tool room. This is a full-time M-F direct hire position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Grinding
• Milling
• Drilling
• Lathe work
• New parts inspection
• CNC programming
• Welding
• Die troubleshooting
• General die maintenance
• Conceptual design
• Building of fixtures and tools to improve shop efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to take constructive criticism
• Have a background in Tool & Die Making
• Have experience in a production environment troubleshooting and maintaining tooling, processes and equipment
