Job Description
-Responsible for all client communication
-Handling client issues
-Working closely with the project team
-Making sure quality standards are met
-Responsible for account growth and new business
-Two-way communication between clients and team
-Follow up with customers for all email and/or quote requests
-Communicate with customers regarding shipping schedules
Job Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years in the Transportation Industry
-Degree preferred but not required
-Minimum of 1 year in an Account Manager position
-Ability to communicate with other companies to acquire new business
