Air Permitting Project Manager

Job Location: 
Oregon or Washington

Manage projects, engage with clients, and develop business. Complete air dispersion modeling using AERMOD and/or CALPUFF. Perform BACT analysis, conduct NSR and Title V permitting, negotiate permit conditions, procure air permits, and coordinate emission source sampling. Ensure compliance with PSD, NSPS, and NESHAP rules and regulations.

Bachelors (or higher) in environmental engineering, environmental science, meteorology, or related

5-20 years of experience related to dispersion modeling, NSPS, NESHAP, Title V, and PSD
