No relocation provided, must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth market

Pay: Base + Bonus ($150-175k base depending on experience)

The Role

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Roofing and proven success in business, leadership, development and operations.  This position is responsible for supporting and advising on all aspects of operations, including safety, estimating, business development, profitability and people management.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to commercial roofing operations. You will serve as an inspirational and motivational leader to execute on the Company's vision for dramatic growth and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide strategic leadership, direction, coaching and mentoring to the production team
Develop and implement policies and programs for performance of goals and growth
Managing growth while keeping a healthy positive culture
Perform staff performance reviews for the operations department with a focus on development
Oversee job site scheduling and management and ensure quality of installations.
Customer meetings and customer service beyond normal warranty issues
Oversee monthly safety meetings and ensure a safe work environment
Ensure proper staffing levels by determining labor needs and production functionality
Ensures the associates and installers have tools, materials and means to perform their assigned duties each day
Operate within the agreed upon budget for all client sites (allocation of overtime, purchasing, etc.)

10+ years of commercial roofing and at least 3+ in a management role.
Ability to take initiative, own tasks and be flexible regarding changing priorities
Experience assessing and preparing documentation related to operational processes.
Ability to strategically think through initiatives, issues and opportunities while contemplating unintended consequences
Strong communication, time management and presentation skills

Top compensation plan including a vehicle or vehicle allowance, and PTO.
