Construction Branch Manager

Job Location: 
Menomonee Falls, WI

Well-established, privately-held company looking to open a new commercial construction-based branch.  They are looking for an experienced Branch Manager be part of the startup and to build and grow a team.

 

Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining company policies, corporate procedures and performance standards.

• Will Interview, hire, and supervise all Branch activities including personnel administration, performance reviews, defining functions and responsibilities of staff etc.

• Provide training, coaching and mentoring of employees to encourage employee development.

• Maintain a positive financial posture for the Branch and perform cost analysis activities on a routine basis.

• Manage an effective business development program, identifying bidding opportunities and securing new projects.

• Assume sales responsibilities as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the Branch.

 

Requirements

• 4 year degree required

• 5 plus years’ experience working in the construction industry for either a sub-contractor or general contractor

• Must have prior P&L experience, and a strong accounting background preferred
