Experience with Data Analytics and reporting within the HR functional areas is required. Responsibilities

Data Analytics

Report on metrics, audit data (HRIS), analyze, and make recommendations

Create and maintain KPI's reporting for HR functions

Lead and manage internal audits and maintain data integrity

Prepare training materials, and lead training sessions for HRIS, policies, and procedures (performance management, career progression etc.)

Directs and manages the new hire on-boarding process and conducts orientation for initial employee welcome

Partner with VP-Human Resources to determine hiring needs, develop staffing plan, develop strategy and recommend methods to meet staffing objectives

Manages and updates HRIS system, including building and training of new and existing modules

Manages payroll responsibilities, ensures accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of the payroll process

Ensures communication of Employee Benefit Programs and helps in the administration and enrollment of benefits

Prepares job descriptions, organization charts and other HR assignments necessary to the effective management of the HR Department

Works effectively with diverse populations to provide prompt response and follow-through regarding questions, concerns, performance disciplinary write-ups and any other employee-related issues in an accurate and confidential manner

Assists in documenting policies/procedures and maintains the HR process workflow and coordination of all HR driven events

Creates and produces ad-hoc reports and assists in the development, revision, and implementation of reports

Full Cycle Recruitment of sourcing, screening, scheduling and interviewing candidates while keeping ADP up to date

 

Job Requirements

5+ years’ experience progressive HR experience (in a manufacturing environment preferred)

Previous experience with HRIS and producing ad-hoc reports, processing payroll, and recruiting. ADP Workforce Now is a plus and preferred.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication with developed presentation skills

High degree of organizational skill and a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously and independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Strong communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Human Resources discipline preferred)
