Essential Functions:

Under direction of HR Manager acts as the point person for employee relations, performance management, and organizational development for assigned locations.

Builds applicant sources and establish and maintain strategic relationships with colleges/universities, local and regional community organizations, professional associates and industry contacts to identify potential candidates and to build a strong applicant stream.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Owns the onboarding process and provides assistance to managers for 30/60/90 day plans for all new hires.

Responsible for corporate wide initiatives as assigned.

Partner with operations to understand performance/skill gaps. Develop and delivery of necessary training materials to facilities to close those gaps.

Provides backup for others in the HR Team.

Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 

Five years of full-cycle recruitment and generalist experience required. 

Experience using Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems as well as Microsoft Office products. 

Strong interview and selection skills. 

Strong knowledge of all HR related functions including benefits, compensation, employee relations and organizational development preferred. 

SHRM certified professional preferred. 

Required travel of 10%
