SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing & maintaining machines, equipment, physical structures, plumbing and electrical systems within client and to follow procedures and embrace new technologies.

 

Qualifications: Required:  

MUST HAVE 4 years of Plastic Injection Mold maintenance experience

Knowledge/skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, failure analysis, troubleshooting, machine repairs.

Maintain equipment in its original state to assist in the production of quality parts to our customers.

Perform preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance on equipment and facility to improve equipment reliability, maintenance/operating costs, production capacity, production costs, supplier performance and workplace quality.

 

Preferred Education

One to two years trade school (mechanical equipment operation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or general construction), specialized training or similar on-the-job training program plus one year experience 

Proficient knowledge/skills in failure analysis, troubleshooting, machine repairs, shop and tool use

Basic mathematical skills

Ability to read mechanical drawings & blueprints

PC experience
