Inside Sales Representative

Job Location: 
Hogansville, GA

Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a great talent at building relationships to join their Team.  This position works closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams internally to plan for both their success and their customer’s success. 



Responsible for sales activities associated with assigned customer accounts. 

Attain sales goals established by the company

Calls on and maintains relationships with existing accounts and develops new accounts.

Establishes, with management, account volume increases and customer satisfaction strategies, as well as new business sales objectives.

Develops and maintains personal relationships with large account decision makers.

Participates with management in the collection and analysis opportunities and strategies to capture incremental sales and profitability strategies for growth.

Coordinates forecasting and sales variance activities for responsible accounts.

Ensures a smooth and complete information exchange between sales and other departments.

Manages special projects as assigned to ensure projects achieve goals in a timely manner.

Receives direct supervision, and typically given broad objectives to operate within.



Bachelor's in business or related technical field preferred

1 – 5 years' experience in a sales capacity

Must have prior foundry furnace equipment experience

Prior interface with customers preferred

Successful candidates have common traits, such as outgoing, relationship builder, persuasive, results oriented, ability to interface effectively with personnel at all organization levels
