This position is responsible for planning and establishing production schedules in accordance with customer requests and priorities. This position is key in receiving customer order requests and determining the ability to meet customer demand quantity and delivery date requirements. Schedule based on product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to customer service team across multiple product lines.

• Maintain proprietary product inventories while ensuring minimum order quantity requirements factoring multi-tool limitations and plan capacities into ultimate schedules.

• Utilize Syteline ERP and judgment to create and manage a constrained Master Production Schedule for all product lines.

• Coordinate information with other functional staff including customer service, engineering, accounting and human resources.

• Maintain and improve ERP data integrity by performing regular review and troubleshooting of variances and exceptions impacting planning accuracy.

 • Manage level loading and bottleneck scheduling.

 • Monitor trends in labor and productivity and factor into planning process.

 • Work with satellite plant in ensuring the daily floor schedule is accurate and executed.

 • Work with satellite plant in ensuring product transfers are accurate and timely.

 • Monitor on time delivery per customers requested timing and reports to daily production meeting.

• Manage safety stock requirements reporting to management status and any unusual circumstances leading to lack of required inventories.



Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering preferred.

3-7 years’ experience in scheduling with demonstrated success of implementing master production schedules.

Process manufacturing experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS

Strong data analysis skills.

Syteline ERP experience.

APICS Certification preferred.
