Plant Operations

Job Location: 
Anaheim, CA


This Privately Held Company is seeking a Plant Manager who will be responsible for streamlining and insuring the plant is incorporating LEAN processes that will result in higher levels of efficiency.   With a range of products, a similar background in coatings, paint or chemicals would be beneficial. 


Summary of essential job functions:

Assessing existing processes and incorporating LEAN Processes

Incorporating policies, procedures

Hiring new employees

Insure employees understand their roles and responsibilities on a daily basis

Knowledge of Plant Operations 

Able to work with customers and employees positively

Maintain relationships with public and private systems

Research, understand and implement new industry products/trends


Required Skills / Experience:

Must have strong leadership skills and be a positive mentor / coach to the entire team

Must have exceptional communication skills

Requires the ability to work with a multi-cultural work force. 

Outgoing and personable personality, able to build and maintain relationships

Must be ambitious, have the drive to succeed and have strong customer service skills

Self-motivated individual and be task orientated

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Business Administration preferred, but leadership experience equivalent is acceptable. 

Bilingual (Spanish) STRONGLY preferred
