Production Supervisor

Job Location: 
Burlington, NC

Positions are open due to the growth. There are no local competitors so they have the market all to themselves. Supervisors will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day floor operations of floor personnel. Will train and implement strategic processes in production machines operations and make recommendations to enhance productivity when necessary. Will also lead teams in the sanitation of the production machines and facility.


Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all processing and manufacturing of all chicken, kelp, pork, and beef products. Also supervises the cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and areas associated with the processing and manufacturing of the chicken, kelp, pork, and beef products.

Supervising hourly employees in food processing departments. Reports any issues in daily operations to VP-Ops or Superintendent. Refers employees with any job-related VP-Ops or Superintendent

Directs and coordinates all activities in food departments based on productions schedules

Meets and exceeds the written specifications for all food products through monitoring daily reports, raw material usage, packing materials, and labor. Improves processes when necessary

Responsible for all housekeeping & sanitizing of all production equipment and facility

Qualify quotes from vendors pricing goods and or services

Monitors daily attendance through company issued tracking system

Assists in training of current and new production floor personnel

Manual and automation labor production



Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively

Ability to climb ladders and steps throughout process steps during shift 

Team based environment, must work well with others

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Depended on to work individually as needed without supervision

Safety orientated, lead by example utilizing services, manual & power tools

Perform any duties given by maintenance manager, VP or any management staff
