Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager

Must be strong with computer use specifically AS400 and Microsoft Office.

Must be able to maintain composure and work in fast paced environment.

Time Management will be a key cog in completion of tasks.

Interpersonal & communication skills between employees, colleagues and customers is a must.

Strong analytical work is a necessity.



Advances and implements plans targeted to promote the growth and improvement of the maintenance department functions and services.

Works with management group to insure safe and proficient company operations.

Provides day-to-day management and/or operating oversight of the company maintenance department.

Collaborates with internal and external personnel for the purpose of implementing and/or maintaining services and programs.

Assesses incidents, complaints, etc. for the purpose of resolving or recommending a resolution to the situation.

Directs department operations for the purpose of providing services within established time frames and in compliance with related requirements.

Recommends policies, procedures and/or actions related to the maintenance department for the purpose of providing direction for meeting the Company’s goals and objectives.

Responds to emergency situations during and after standard hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.

Facilitates and/or participates in meetings and workshops, etc. for the purpose of identifying issues, developing recommendations, supporting other staff.

Performs personnel functions for the purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, enhancing productivity of personnel and achieving department objectives within budget.
