Senior Wealth Advisor

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for developing comprehensive, integrated, multigenerational wealth strategies for high and ultra-high net worth client’s families and beneficiaries.

A team player with a sales and relationship management role that will attract, retain and grow a portfolio of prospect and client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional prospect and client experience

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drives advisory-based planning process to ensure the delivery of comprehensive wealth management strategies to meet client objectives.

Responsible for identifying prospective clients with investable assets of at least $5mm or more.

Act as a resource for client and wealth team members on business succession, executive compensation, wealth transfer and retirement planning issues.

Engage in the delivery of financial planning services to new and existing high and ultra-high net worth clients

Works with wealth partners to identify and pursue the acquisition of qualified high net worth clients.

Collect data necessary for the preparation of  financial and estate planning recommendations

Analyze client financial information and deliver financial advice and appropriate solutions  based on client needs

Partner with clients other advisors (CPA, attorney)

Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with members of a Relationship Team designated to support client service and client development

Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill and identify additional client needs.

Represent the bank in civic, community, and industry functions to network and develop additional business

Participate in the on-going improvement and refinement of Private Banking brand, processes, products, services, and operating policies and procedures.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, or finance. MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in Personal Trust or 8 years in planning

Demonstrated understanding of complex estate, investment and financial planning issues for affluent and high net worth clients.
