VP of Sales

Job Location: 
Spokane, WA

The Vice President of Sales works in the field assisting the Sales team with understanding how to prospect new clients, manage existing construction projects and oversee processes with customers. In addition, the VP of Sales will collaborate with the owners in developing budgets, projections and insuring the continued success of the company. The VP of Sales will assist in the sales cycle services, guiding our clients through the entire process or re-roofing and/or Service, ensuring their questions are answered and offering construction solutions.

Requirements:
Experience in Commercial Roofing - projects of varying size and scope
Annual sales from $5m up to in excess of $10m
Knowledge of Roofing Systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up systems, Coatings, Metal, etc.
Proven success in coaching and mentoring others to success
Track record of leading a company to success
Degree preferred, but not required
Large sales experience
Experience with high profile customers
Strong business acumen
Leadership in Sales and the Roofing Industry
Creative thinking and entrepreneurial drive
Independent and motivated
Ability to understand how to scale company

MUST be able to climb a ladder and be comfortable on a roof!

Responsibilities include:
Assisting Sales Executives with developing sales strategies
Insuring success of company and individual sales execs in their role.
Follow processes from leads to bidding to winning project
Networking with local potential customers
Collaborating with Business Development department in developing programs
